This is our first week back from Spring Break. It was good
that we were able to take a break from the busy schedule of activities and studies
we have at school. Over Spring Break, our International Biblical Studies class traveled
with teachers and school staff to Costa Rica to serve as short-term
missionaries. While there, we played soccer with children, tutored students and
women, and shared God's love with many of the people. It was a life changing
trip and made me realize how blessed I am to have food, water, and shelter
every night.
As a Senior, it's so strange to think that I only have 6
weeks left at our wonderful school. I am encouraged everyday by my teachers to
work hard and focus on my studies until the year is over. Even though I am
excited for graduation and the next chapter in my life to begin in the fall, I
will miss the teachers, staff, and my friends at Northpoint Christian School.
